Service Description
Pilates helps improve posture, balance, alignment, flexibility, coordination, control, concentration, mind-body connection, relieve body pain & tension, and improve breathing habits & awareness. Pilates teaches us how to live more comfortably, effectively and efficiently in our bodies. You will soon have “the Pilates in your body”- meaning you will start to be more aware of your body and breath throughout your day. In a Soul Led Movement Pilates session, we move with intention and at a slow, steady pace. Our sessions are accommodating to all levels, as there are modifications. We often incorporate props, such as the small Pilates ball, Magic Circle, foam roller, resistance bands, and the Pilates step barrel arc in our session to help support our practice. Indoor boutique studio, but most sessions will be outside on a balcony overlooking Eagle Mountain Lake. Heaters are available. Please bring your own mat.
