Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy & Liability Waiver Soul Led Movement | Tea Time & Reiki Sessions Booking & Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, late arrivals, and no-shows are non-refundable. If Soul Led Movement cancels a session, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Nature of Services & Disclaimer: Tea Time and Reiki are intended to support relaxation, personal reflection, emotional well-being, and self-awareness. These services are not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or mental-health care and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or psychological condition. They are not substitutes for professional medical or mental-health services. Reiki is a complementary energy-based wellness practice, and individual experiences may vary. No specific results are guaranteed. Neither service provides crisis intervention. Voluntary Participation & Liability: I understand that participation is voluntary and that I am responsible for communicating any discomfort or concerns and may stop a session at any time. I acknowledge that emotional discomfort or physical discomfort may occur and accept the ordinary risks associated with participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to release Soul Led Movement, its owner, and practitioners from liability for injuries or losses arising from the ordinary risks of participation, except where liability cannot legally be waived. Privacy & Boundaries: Personal information shared during sessions will be treated respectfully and with reasonable care. However, these services do not establish a licensed therapist-client or healthcare-provider relationship, and clinical confidentiality protections may not apply. Acknowledgment: By booking, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, have read and understood these policies, and voluntarily agree to participate under these terms.
