In this ecstatic dance session, you are encouraged to release through intention, movement, breath and voice. Set yourself free! Perfect for letting go of anger, fear, sadness and anything weighing you down. This is a Silent session, meaning headphones will be incorporated & provided. Please bring your own mat. At a Arcadia Trail Park South across the street from Bluebonnet Elementary.
