These 60-min sessions incorporate assisted-stretching to help open up your energy centers, then ease into Reiki with tuning forks (choose one from below), and close each session with a crystal bowl sound bath. These sessions with Jenel are heartfelt immersive experiences designed to help you slow down & soften. Jenel creates a warm, sacred space for you to land, breathe, and return to you.

This one hour movement session will absolutely leave you feeling looser, softer and more like YOU. We carry a lot from our own life, images we see and so much more. Â One way to find inner peace within ourselves it to release. Â We incorporate guided & intuitive movements, assisted stretching, use of breath & voice, and tuning forks directly on the body.
