Combine the benefits of movement, plant medicine & music! 🌿🎧💃🏻 Friday 2/16 6:00 pm at Spring to Health Apothecary in Keller, TX This is a "silent" session, meaning we will wear headphones to to immerse ourselves into the session. Parts of the movements will be guided and some will be intuitive. There are no “wrongs” here- we embrace being humans together. Music will be world/ceremonial. Euphoria Tea is a blend of Ashwagandha, Kava, Peppermint, Vanilla, and Cacao Nibs. Ashwagandha and Kava help quiet a racing mind, calm anxiety, and soothe the nervous system. Kava also provides an uplifting feeling to the mood! With the combination of the peppermint to improve breathing, vanilla for strengthening, and cacao nibs to support nerve function, it is a perfect way to unwind and relax from the stresses of day to day.
