Self Love Session

Service Description

In this session, take time completely for yourself in a Movement Meditation led by Soul Led Movement. We slow down in a fast-paced world and incorporate stretches & light movements, connect our breath, heart, mind & body, immerse in music, movement and the present moment. For the last 30 minutes of the session, Renew Balance Massage & Wellness provides the benefits of the infrared sauna or compression machines. These are "Silent" sessions, which means the participants can hear the music & cues through the provided headphones. Each person controls their own volume. Headsets have disposable covers + are sanitized. Please bring your own mat & blanket. This is a small group, with a max of 6 participants.

Cancellation Policy

If you the booking time for a group class has closed, please send me a message at 817-241-3534 or email welcome@soulledmovement.com to see if spots are left. If you need to cancel, please let us know ASAP, in case someone else would like to participate in the session. Thank you.
