Pilates helps improve posture, balance, alignment, coordination, flexibility, control, concentration, mind-body connection, relieve body pain & tension, and improve breathing habits & awareness. Pilates teaches us how to live more comfortably, effectively and efficiently in our bodies. You will soon have “the Pilates in your body”- meaning you will start to be more aware of your body and breath throughout your day.

 

In a Soul Led Movement Pilates session, we move with intention and at a slow, steady pace. Our sessions are accommodating to all levels, as there are modifications.  We often incorporate props, such as the small Pilates ball, Magic Circle, foam roller, resistance bands, and the Pilates step barrel arc in our session to help support our practice.

MOVEMENT MEDITATION

In a Movement Meditation session, we give ourselves space to slow down in a fast-paced world. Go on a journey of self-discovery and healing through a unique blend of guided & intuitive movement, music, loving self-touch, energetic intention, and use of breath & voice. We focus on aligning and balancing our energy centers using a holistic approach to nurture mind, body, and soul. Tap into stored sensations, release them, and create space for healing and transformation to shift from within. Expand your body from within, relieve tension, let go of emotional burdens, cultivate self-love through healing self-touch, and envision yourself radiating with life force energy from within. Each somatic session is a sacred space where I invite you to shed old programming, embrace self-empowerment, and liberate yourself from limiting beliefs and your past- allowing you to step into your true essence and authenticity.

silent Ecstatic dance

In Journal & Ecstatic Dance, we use headphones (hence, the "silent" part, but please feel free to make noise) to immerse ourselves in the present moment and body movement. We move as a group, yet freely and independently. You will be able to hear the instructor's voice and music, while controlling your own volume.

Each session has a theme or intention, which we journal about, and the music playlist is tailored to the session. These sessions help you to elevate from within, step into your power, live more authentically and with freedom. Some sessions will be done indoors and some will be outdoors. Herbal tea will be provided.

fREE WOMEN'S
EMPOWERMENT GROUP

This is a safe space for women to be seen & heard, release stress, move our bodies, express ourselves freely and connect with other women in the community.  The hour meetings will include a theme or intention, journaling & ecstatic dance + a guest or activity. Please bring a journal and a pen.
