Due to the winter season, we have paused Group Outdoor Silent Pilates, however we are available for private parties.  Right now, our max is 6 participants, making it a great size for a group of friends while having a get-together at your house.  To book  Private Silent Pilates, please email Welcome@SoulLedMovement.com to get more info.  

 

This page is to sign up for the Group Silent Sessions.  In these sessions, you are able to hear the music and instructor through the headset.  You have control over your own volume setting and the headsets are very comfortable.  All headsets are disinfected and come with disposable covers that do not interfere with the sound.  Sessions are done in Keller/N. Fort Worth area- typically Coventry Hills Park, but that may vary depending on conditions and weather.  Please bring your own mats.  I also suggest bringing water and bug spray.  We will do the session barefoot.

Movement Meditation

This is a gentle movement & stretching session.  Give yourself the love and attention you deserve, while taking in the benefits of the outdoors- from the sunshine to the air.   Let go of what is heavy or creating tension within through breath and movement.  We incorporate some vocal release, as well. Practice being present within your body and appreciating your body.  Rejuvenate yourself with the goal of starting your week with intention.  Clear body, clear mind.  Playlists include classical, healing vibrations and transcendence music.

 

Classical Pilates

In a fast paced world, take time to slow down.   Strengthen your whole body with emphasis on the core, while improving the mind-body connection, posture, strength, flexibility, balance, alignment, concentration, control and length.  Practice utilizing your breath to engage the core and move your body.  Playlists include classical music.

Uplifting Pilates 

In this Pilates session, work on improving posture, strength, flexibility, balance, alignment, concentration, control and the mind-body connection.  Strengthen your whole body with emphasis on the core.  Practice utilizing your breath to engage the core and move your body. Playlists include inspirational, blissful, ambient and heart-opening music. 

 

R&B Pilates

This session is later in the day to enjoy the beautiful lights from the headphones as we immerse in a feel-good, fun PIlates session.  This session has a taste of sensuality and female empowerment, while improving posture, strength, flexibility, balance, alignment, concentration, control and the mind-body connection.  Strengthen your whole body with emphasis on the core.  Practice utilizing your breath to engage the core and move your body. Playlists include 80’s & 90’s R&B, modern R&B, neo-soul and folk music. 

 

Explicit Pilates

If you used to love to go clubbing and no longer like the club scene, but miss the music and need some adult time, then this is for you.  Instead of partying though, we are taking care of our bodies and releasing mental and physical tensiom.   This session is later in the day to enjoy the beautiful lights from the headphones as we immerse in a feel-good, fun PIlates session. Work on improving posture, strength, flexibility, balance, alignment, concentration, control and the mind-body connection.  Strengthen your whole body with emphasis on the core. Practice utilizing your breath to engage the core and move your body.   Playlists include hip-hop music from 90’s until now.
