Along the way, you’ll explore key yogic ideas like pranayama (breath control) to center and calm yourself, and sthira and sukha (steadiness and ease) to guide your practice. We’ll also touch on mindfulness, self-awareness, and the importance of being present, giving you tools to bring peace and focus into your everyday life.
